Am I buying cereal or flowers? Here at Bloom Shakalaka we are nostalgic for the 90’s and our favorite childhood cereals! We couldn’t help but name our color palettes after popular cereals. It allows us to design with a color range and based on seasonality. Just like pouring a bowl of cereal, each of our flower arrangements are unique!

Our flower arrangements (be it a wrap or a vase!) are going to be designed with as much texture and variety as you'd find in a garden. We love the wild, unruly bloom that packs a punch with its unique shape or color- so you'll often find something unusual in our offerings. Our assortment of blooms is picked based on seasonality and availability, and we love dressing up your day with a bit of natural romance.
We LOVE putting funky, fresh flowers in people’s hands. Our bloom bar allows you to do just that! We keep a gorgeous array of blooms on display in our shop, which you can purchase by the stem and we’ll wrap them up for you! You can also shop from our menu and have one of our talented floral designers create a flower arrangement or bouquet for you!
Delivery and Order Questions
Oh man, PLEASE DO! We love being able to pack a unique (and personal) punch to each flower arrangement. However, just know that all of our items are subject to flower availability and season. We reserve the right to substitute as needed, which means we cannot guarantee any specific flowers or colors. For special events or weddings, we'd be delighted to review your request and send you a quote.

Flower orders placed online are available for free pickup every day during shop hours. Just be sure to note our closing times!
We also offer Flower Delivery
Want our funky fresh flowers delivered to your door? Our team happily offers flower delivery options throughout the greater Lakeland area, Wednesday through Saturday (Holiday delivery times may vary).
Delivery windows are 8-12pm, and 1-6pm.

Flower Order Cancellation Policy
We'd be sad to not get these flowers in your hands, but do understand that sometimes life just happens. Online orders may be cancelled prior to 72 hours in advance of the pick-up/delivery date of the order. Store-credit will be issued for any flower cancellations made before the 72 hour deadline.
If you place your order outside of the 72 hour pick-up/delivery date, you may cancel your flower order within 8 hours of ordering.
Non-Delivery
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Bloom Shakalaka will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.
Quality
Once flowers leave our store or our delivery vehicle, Bloom Shakalaka is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
Flower Substitutions
We're here to make the MOST of your floral investment, but we do reserve the right to make substitutions due to quality control. We'll work hard to stay within your color palette and value of the varieties.
Shop Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, when you bring in your merchandise item(s) in re-sellable condition, along with original packaging and provide your receipt
When am I eligible for cash/credit card refund?
ONLY when a flower order cancellation request is made within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
**Credit Card/Cash refunds will not be given for large orders of $250+ that are place within 72 hours of the delivery/pickup window.When am I no longer eligible for ANY sort of refund / store credit?Your cancellation request is placed less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick up/delivery date.

When am I eligible for Store Credit?
When you bring in your merchandise item(s) in re-sellable condition, along with original packaging and provide your receipt within 30 days of purchase.
